. Great gobs of wonderful sushi! A whole bunch of us went on MLKJ day.
It's been so cold I feel like I've turned antisocial. I don't want to go anywhere or do anything because I just don't feel like making the effort because somewhere in the middle I'll freeze my bippy off. That's from Laugh In for those of you who think I just said something lewd.
As dad would say, "C'mon June!"

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Geez where did my year go? What the heck happened to all the stuff I was going to get done?
So, at least for my part I'm starting the New Year a little lighter than when I was last year. I actually have been on a diet kick since September. I'm back to the same size I was when I was in high school. Yay.
Not that Grandma's cookies or Mom's Christmas rum cake helped AT ALL.
I always seem to find a reason for excess. But boycotting the elevators at work, I think, has made all the difference.
I was reading Jim Kennedy's article from the Aegis about going to Havre de Grace to see the Duck Dropping. I misread it and had a hoot because I thought it said "go to Havre de Grace to see duck droppings." Perhaps they should call it the duck dive.
One minute left...
So what are my plans for the New Year?
Stay in touch with my friends first off. I've got these Christmas presents in my room for a few folks because I have no idea WHERE they are now.
Go dancing more often. Swing- of course.
Write! Write! Write!
And don't take myself so seriously.
This year I think I need to knuckle-down and figure out if and when I'm going back to school. Am I going back for art, advertising, writing, or business administration?
And maybe save up for that house I want. I got so close until I wreaked havoc on my car.
more to come
